Project Description

In 1995, Aria Group designed the original 40-acre Blue Chip Casino including a new waterway for the gaming vessel, an eight story 184 room resort hotel, an 87,000 square foot docking pavilion and a conference center. In 2005, Boyd Gaming expanded the pavilion and built a new gaming vessel. Aria Group revisited the interior venues of the docking pavilion including a new buffet restaurant, deli, nightclub, coffee kiosk and a fine dining restaurant, William B’s Steakhouse. The third part of the expansion included a new hotel and parking garage. In that phase Aria Group designed a new restaurant/music venue (It’s Vegas, Baby!) and sports bar (The Game).
